We think about it in 2 parts. We have the platform side which assists with SaaS management - it allows business leaders to get an overview of the tools they currently have in their stack, what the terms are, and when they are up for renewal. The platform also assists in usage and analytics, helping leaders see where they may be over-provisioned or where there may be duplicate tools. The platform also has an extensive database that covers over 16,000 different SaaS tools and supports the services side of the business.

Our commercial negotiators use the pricing insights from our database to then go and negotiate on our client’s behalf. They not only ensure that new contracts have preferable terms like contract length or auto-renewals but they also have the data points to negotiate for a lower price, proving guaranteed time and money savings.
