As interactions with AI at work move from conversing with a chatbot to building and managing teams of agents carrying out tasks on a worker’s behalf, what it means to be human in the workplace is changing drastically. Some of the things this panel will unpack include, how humans can work with agents and thrive in a world of AI; how a workforce needs to be set up when teams are staffed with human minds and agent team members; which areas of the workforce fleets of agents will start to fill, and what human roles will look like in those areas; and how you deal with team members who aren’t comfortable transitioning to a collaborative human x AI agent workforce.
