Alice spearheads Fairmat's ESG and sustainability efforts, marketing and communications, public affairs, and human resources, amplifying the company’s impact on a daily basis. Alice is passionately dedicated to the vision of a future where material reuse sparks a second industrial revolution. Her conviction is evident in her commitment to transforming the perception of waste into a valuable resource. Her extensive professional journey, marked by strategic roles in companies such as Unibail-Rodamco & Groupe Casino, showcases her expertise in various domains. A graduate of HEC Paris and Bocconi University with two Master's in Management, Alice Balagué is a driving force behind Fairmat's mission to pave the way for a more sustainable and circular economy.
