Andrew Wigfall is an Executive in Residence at Balderton Capital, working with Balderton's portfolio companies, supporting the legal community and providing guidance on issues that can arise between start-up and exit.

He has been a practising lawyer for over 35 years, during which time he has combined legal practice and law firm management roles. His legal experience spans many transaction types across multiple sectors and geographies.

Most recently, he was the first Head of Legal at Balderton after a career in private practice during which time he was consistently rated as a top-tier VC lawyer in the leading UK legal directories.
