Anna Fredrixon is co-founder and partner at Norrsken Launcher, an Article 9 impact fund investing in early-stage, research-driven innovations that can dramatically improve the planet and people's lives. Beyond capital investment, Norrsken Launcher works operationally with portfolio companies, enabling scaling by building teams and culture, developing commercial strategies including positioning, and working on financing strategies. Current portfolio companies span over cleantech, medtech and climate tech. Anna, formerly Chief People & Culture Officer at Truecaller and Kry/Livi, has extensive experience in scaling companies, building strong teams, and fostering company cultures, having been part of two journeys from startups to unicorns.
