A hands-on People Partner in the VC backed tech space with a commercial edge. With an MSc in Industrial/Organisational psychology and global US/UK tech experience, Becky has partnered with companies from pre-seed all the way to Series D - so is very familiar with the growth journeys of both startups and scaleups. Currently she is at Multiverse (the UK's first Edtech unicorn!) and works alongside senior leadership using data to identify, create and deliver people strategies + solutions to support hypergrowth and business outcomes. Previously worked at Founders Factory across a portfolio of startups, working hand-in-hand with founders on their People and Talent strategy.
