Becs Beslee is the Chief People Officer at DICE. With over a decade's worth of experience in people and talent leadership roles. Becs has transformed the People agenda for businesses across tech, lifestyle and entertainment industries. Prior to joining DICE, Becs held senior roles at a number of hyper-growth startups and scaleups.

Joining the Executive Team at DICE in 2017, Becs is responsible for the People, Talent Acquisition, L&D, Reward, People Operations & Workplace teams globally, as well as actively contributing towards the culture and ethos at DICE. Within her current role, Becs has supported DICE to scale through multiple fundarises and global growth from 30 people in 2017 to over 500+ employees across eight countries in 2023, including the UK, U.S., France, Germany, Italy, Spain, India and Canada. Becs is passionate about building people-centric, inclusive, fast-growth tech businesses at scale. This is coupled with her work outside DICE where Becs qualified as an executive coach, and her active involvement in mentoring and pastoral programmes supporting young people from underrepresented backgrounds to reach their potential.
