CJ is a human rights lawyer turned growth marketer turned social innovator. She founded the FinTech, Flank Digital, because she wants to help you stay friends while you borrow and lend. With her diverse skill sets, she's on a mission to tackle the inequalities, injustices and cultural power imbalances associated with debt in the informal and formal economies. Alongside her start up, CJ is a co-lead for the Zebras Unite London Chapter, a writer published in The Start Up and Hackernoon and a TED talk speaker coach.
