Claudine Adeyemi-Adams is a UCL alumnus, multi-award-winning entrepreneur and former lawyer. She founded The Student Development Co., and then CareerEar helping over 4,000 people improve their career prospects. Claudine spent time designing and delivering employment support programmes for young adults and those furthest from the labour market, resulting in a Government Recognition Award. Claudine is now Founder and CEO of Earlybird, using AI and voice technology to help organisations to engage and support lower-income and frontline workers. Co-chair of the Employers' Network for Equality and Inclusion, and a World Economic Forum Global Shaper, she was named the EMpower #1 Future Leader by the Financial Times and recently received the Freedom of the City of London. Claudine is also a mother, wife and huge Arsenal fan.
