As a fractional COO at Interrodata, a Seed stage, B2B SaaS provider of analytics to the FMCG & Retail Industry, she is responsible for people, operations and governance, supporting the company’s growth ambitions while developing a culture of empowerment and belonging.

Prior to starting her fractional and coaching career, she spent her time leading change and delivery functions in high growth blue chip companies and successful scale-ups within the financial services and payment industry.  Her passion lies in nurturing and growing talent, neuroscience of leadership, as well as mental health, diversity and inclusion advocacy.
