Dan is Chief Operating Officer at Luminance, the pioneer in Legal-Grade™ AI. He oversees a broad range of responsibilities including driving business growth and developing go-to-market strategy, having recently led the company’s $40m Series B funding round off the back of 5x ARR growth in the last two years. Before joining Luminance, Dan spent eight years at Macquarie Group, initially in M&A and capital markets advisory, then as Vice President in the Principle Finance division.
