David is a seasoned VC and operator, currently leading Tachles Ventures, a boutique fractional COO firm. He held CCO/COO positions at Wefarm, a mission led startup, which scaled to 150 employees, 3.5m users, and raised $40 million in funding. David co-founded Alma Angels, a diverse community dedicated to supporting ambitious female founders. Over the last three years, Alma Angels has backed more than 150 women-led startups. Before Wefarm, David co-founded ADV, a £150m fund focused on early stage startups as well as led Telefonica's early-stage fund across the UK and Ireland. During the past decade David invested in over 350 startups and ~10 VC funds across Europe.
