Gilles Dreyfus is President and co-founder of Jungle, France's first vertical farm.  Intended for the food, cosmetics and fragrance industries, vertical farms are an exceptional growing alternative to counter the hazards of global warming (droughts, shortages, declining seasons, loss of economic value...). A 4000m2 controlled environment (northern France) combining the very latest in agronomic engineering and technology, enables to produce over a hundred tons of plants, fruits and vegetables each year, in full nutritional, olfactory and gustatory capacity, without any pesticide use, and with very little water consumption.

Founded in 2016, Jungle is today a global voice and pioneer of controlled-environment growing practices & vertical farming assets.
