Jen Craddock is the Vice President of People at Motorway, the UK’s fastest-growing used car marketplace.

Since joining Motorway in 2019 Jen has guided the company’s people strategy and has led the implementation of Motorway’s core values. Responsible for the end to end experience of employees at Motorway, Jen has introduced Motorway’s benefits, developed their approach to learning and development and has built a strong employer brand for the business. Jen is the Executive sponsor of the Company’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee.

Leading the People,Talent, Internal Communications and Office Management teams, Jen has been instrumental in Motorways rapid growth, with the company now employing more than 400 people across their London and Brighton locations. 

Prior to joining Motorway as Head of People in 2019, Jen was a People Operations Manager at FACEIT, a leading competitive gaming platform for online multiplayer games.
