Dr Johannes Lenhard is co-director of VentureESG and an academic at the University of Cambridge. His third book, Better Venture, on DEI in tech has recently been published and he is finishing a monograph on the ‘Ethics of VC’, under contract with Columbia University Press. He writes regularly for a variety of journalistic outlets, including Sifted, beyond his academic and policy writing.
