Julia Hawkins is a General Partner at LocalGlobe and Latitude, one of Europe’s leading Venture Capital firms. Previously, Julia worked at Goldman Sachs, Last.fm, BBC Worldwide and most recently Universal Music where she set up their Corporate Venture arm. Julia enjoys working with mission driven founders and majors in health and bio and minors in fintech and creative industries. She holds a 1st from LSE, is a Kauffman Fellow, Governor of Edith Neville Primary School and Chair of Shwachman Diamond Syndrome UK, a charity dedicated to finding a cure for SDS, a rare genetic disease.
