Karl Eze founded Point-Zenith (PZ), VC backed to develop a drone compliance management platform. PZ contract to the largest disruptive defence industry startups in regulation, training and management, also providing UK MOD with a scalable, distributed FPV drone training platform, for jHub Drone Academy.

Karl is a ‘go-to’ across defence for drone capability development, also founding the Army drone racing team and due to run the Military International Drone Racing Tournament in September 2024.

After 12 years in the Army, between the Commando Brigade and defence technology, he’s also an alumna of the Goldman Sachs Veterans Programme and briefly in Market Risk before being head hunted as COO of a deep tech defence drone company, prior to starting PZ. Karl is a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Reserve and due to command the HAC from 2026.
