Kim To is a neurodiversity consultant and Certified ADHD Coach focused on empowering neurodivergent individuals, particularly women and communities of color. Diagnosed with ADHD and dyslexia, she has led impactful campaigns, such as Takeda’s “Staring Back at Me,” to raise awareness of ADHD in women. Formerly a management consultant at PwC, Kim now specializes in neurodiversity training workshops and supports disabled entrepreneurs as the disability and neurodiversity lead at LSE Generate.
