Lisa Picardo is the Chief Corporate Officer of PensionBee, having joined the company in 2020. She leads the corporate development of PensionBee, which has included leading on the company’s IPO and subsequent transfer to the Premium List, and plays a broader management role across many aspects of the business. Lisa previously worked at Morgan Stanley for 13 years, with the first seven years spent in the European Mergers & Acquisitions department. Lisa then joined the Morgan Stanley Private Equity Fund, focused on investing in mid-market opportunities across sectors, with an interest in consumer-facing businesses. In 2015 Lisa founded LITTLECIRCLE, an online retail platform for children's fashion. Lisa is a Founding Member of the Breast Cancer Now Development Board.
