Lydia Miller is the co-CEO and co-founder of ivee, a platform dedicated to facilitating the return to work for women after career breaks. Lydia was inspired to build ivee after watching her mum's struggle to return to work, sparking a determination to address the overlooked potential of women globally. Prior to ivee, Lydia was part of Deloitte Ventures’ CVC team, where she focused on scouting startups in ClimateTech and the Future of Work sectors. Lydia is passionate about closing the gender pay gap and shaping a workforce inclusive of all.
