Matt Monette is the Country Leader for the UK&I at Deel, where he leads a team of 200. Prior to Deel, Matt spent more than a decade in sales at hyper-growth SaaS companies including Salesforce and Shopify. Most recently was the VP of sales at a late-stage startup.

Matt is passionate about helping companies unlock the power of hiring from anywhere and what a borderless talent pool will do for the future of work. Outside of work he enjoys traveling and finding new places to visit in London and across the UK.
