Natalia Ahmadian is an investment professional at Earlybird-X, a leading venture capital investor based in Berlin. Concurrently pursuing a Ph.D., Natalia delves into LP decision-making criteria and the dynamics of GP-LP relationships. During her professional career she had the chance to gain a lot of experience working with several university spin-offs and dealing with different IP transfer strategies. By bridging academia and venture capital she can offer unique insights from both standpoints. Committed to fostering innovation, Natalia spearheads Stage Two, a prestigious pan-European spin-off competition in Berlin, showcasing her leadership in nurturing the entrepreneurial spin-off ecosystem.
