Patrick is a partner at Form - the pre seed and seed fund focused exclusively on regulated markets. Form backs founders taking on these tough-to-crack markets, and then helps them move as quickly as possible despite the baggage that comes with regulation. Before moving into venture in 2016, he worked as a lobbiest and strategy consultant, focused on public health.
