Rachel McShane is the CFO of circular fashion marketplace Depop, where anyone can buy, sell and discover desirable, affordable secondhand fashion. She's responsible for Depop’s global Finance, Insights and Operations functions, and works alongside the CEO and leadership team to set the strategic direction of the company.

Rachel joined Depop from Paysafe, where she was CFO of the Digital Wallets division. Prior to this she spent over a decade at Barclays, across a number of central finance and then commercial remits.
