Sarah Wernér is an award winning entrepreneur who is obsessed with making the world a fairer place. She is the co-founder and CEO of Husmus, an AI-powered insurance marketplace she started with her life partner Mattias. The company mission is an important one, create an unbiased, financially inclusive world for all households.

Starting with personalised home and rental insurance, Husmus products have helped families rent with pets, tenants with invisible credit profiles rent without guarantors or advanced rent payments and landlords reduce their risk exposure.

An Imperial College London alumnus, Sarah is a keen problem solver with a strong affinity for data science and strategic planning. Before devoting herself to Husmus, Sarah worked as a data scientist and consultant for top companies like J&J, Informa and Roche where she was responsible for brand launch and business optimisation strategy and tactics.

Sarah lives with her husband, son and two cats. When she’s not working on Husmus she spends her time driving access to funding for black founders. It's best not to start a conversation with her about Tennis or Formula 1 unless you have many hours to spare.
