With 15+ years of experience in the IT industry, Vlad embarked in 2021 on his tenure as CEO of Fort, an established cybersecurity company which serves leading enterprises and startups in the UK and Europe. 

Fort has its roots in Romania's highly skilled IT sector, a European centre of excellence in cybersecurity and the location of the EU Cybersecurity Competence Centre. Fort has delivered 100+ audit missions, 300+ penetration tests and 10,000+ man days hands-on cyber services. 

Vlad led the company through the listing process on the Bucharest Stock Exchange in 2024, a huge milestone for the company. It is publicly traded under the symbol 4RT.
