Zareen is an autistic entrepreneur reimagining mental healthcare for neurodivergent people. With a Master's degree in Educational Neuroscience from Harvard and a career in startups building AI-driven medical software, she combined her academic and career background to found Cogs AI. Cogs AI is the first digital mental health company building products specifically tailored to the way in which neurodivergent brains and bodies work, using technology to create joyful and non-medicalised therapeutic experiences. In 2023, Zareen was selected as TechRound’s BAME Startup Leader of the Year, and in 2024 as NatWest and Pioneers Post’s Top 100 Women in Social Enterprise.
