Abhi Thanendran is the co-founder and CEO of Tilt, the live auction app where AI connects real people selling real products in real time. Backed by over $50M from TQ Ventures, Balderton Capital, Vinted Ventures, Seedcamp and Earlybird, Tilt's 60-person team is out-shipping incumbents ten times its size with features like Snap, which turns a held-up item into a listing within seconds, and agentic search, which helps users find items across live sessions using natural language. Previously, Abhi was employee #30 at Revolut, where he scaled the data organisation from one to over a hundred and helped take the company to a $33B valuation. He started his career as a quant on Wall Street and studied mathematics at Canada's top STEM institute.
