Alessandro is a seasoned HR leader with over two decades of experience building and scaling people strategies at major international brands. As Chief People Officer at WeRoad, he is shaping the company’s talent and leadership capability to support rapid international growth and long-term success.

Before WeRoad, Alessandro was Head of HR at Amazon Web Services for EMEA North Commercial Sales. He also spent a decade at Booking.com in senior roles including HR Director EMEA, leading people operations across 40+ countries. His HR career began at American Express, where he held various roles across Europe over a nine-year period.
