Founder and CEO, Connectology
Ana Barjasic is an entrepreneur, angel investor, and ecosystem builder who serves on the Board of the European Innovation Council (EIC). In this role, Ana leads efforts to increase the participation of underrepresented founders, particularly from widening countries. Recognised among Europe’s top 100 most influential women in startups and venture capital, she is also founder and CEO of Connectology, an early-stage investment and capacity-building firm. Beyond the EIC, Ana contributes to the European Startup Nations Alliance and the Global Entrepreneurship Network. As a frequent international speaker, she brings expertise on innovation, investment readiness, women’s entrepreneurship, and sustainability to shape European innovation policies.
