Arfah is a lifelong community builder and advocate for diversity and inclusion. She co-founded Muslamic Makers, a global grassroots community supporting the next generation of Muslim changemakers in tech, and Muslim Tech Fest, a festival celebrating Muslim excellence with sold-out events in London and San Francisco.

With experience across the private and public sector, Arfah has built communities at scale, from an internal network of 1,500+ product and delivery managers in UK Government, to launching the first Number 10 Innovation Fellowship programme, and developing the AI community in healthcare at NHSX. She also led the ImpactVC community for Big Society Capital. Through AI Compass Labs, she is now focused on ensuring communities don’t miss out on the AI revolution, helping them access opportunities and build resilience in a rapidly changing world.

Arfah has been recognised as a Top 50 Most Influential Woman in Tech (Computer Weekly 2022 & 2023) and a Top 30 London Tech Week Changemaker.
