Ben Miller-Bridgland

Legal Director , Moneybox

Ben is Moneybox's Legal Director overseeing the Legal function, including all corporate transactions.  Prior to Moneybox, he trained and qualified in private practice for at Hogan Lovells LLP working as a corporate lawyer advising on private and public fundraisings and M&A predominantly with financial institutions, including Barclays, Monzo and Paysafe.  He then spent time as in-house counsel at Deutsche Numis, an investment bank, where he advised on a variety of private and public transactions, for companies including Klarna, Deliveroo, Aston Martin and Moonpig.
