As bunq’s CSO, Bianca drives the company’s user-centric mission forward. She leads PR and communications and user operations.

Bianca joined bunq in 2016 as a frontline support guide, rising quickly to leadership roles before leaving to build her own ventures. After a successful exit, she rejoined bunq in 2022 as Chief of Staff to Ali Niknam, founder and CEO, and then became the youngest Chief Strategy Officer in European banking history.

A global citizen, Bianca experiences firsthand the challenges of a borderless lifestyle, helping her keep the company’s focus on what matters most: bunq’s users.
