Cofounder and CEO, Arondite
Will began his career in the British Army, serving as an infantry officer, before joining a specialist unit and later working in the Ministry of Defence. After leaving the military, he spent time with tech companies Palantir and Helsing before founding Arondite in late 2023 with co-founder Rob Underhill.
