Deirdre O’Neill is the co-founder of Hertility, the pioneering women’s healthtech company transforming reproductive and gynaecological care through next-generation diagnostics, telemedicine, and treatment. As a dual-qualified corporate lawyer with a Master’s in Medical Law from King’s College London, in 2025 she was named one of the Top 20 Lawyers Shaping European Tech & Venture Capital as well as winning PwC’s 2025 International Business Woman of the Year. Deirdre now leads Hertility’s growth across venture, regulatory, and commercial partnerships.
