Ed Shee is CTO at WONE, where he's taking the company from startup to scaleup as it builds Stress Intelligence for organisations and their teams. He's spent over a decade across machine learning, cloud infrastructure and generative AI, from senior technical roles at IBM to deep-tech startups and his own AI ventures. For the past three years he's been building and deploying AI coaching agents in production, so he knows what it takes to get conversational AI from demo to something enterprises trust. He also helps advise the UK government on innovation and policy around AI through the organisation OpenUK.
