Ella is the Cofounder of Alma Angels - a network of angel investors committed to supporting female founders. Alma angels invested in more than 220 female-led ventures who went on to raise > $300m.

She also Cofounded and Founding Partner of Zinc, a Venture Builder and early stage fund that backs entrepreneurs who build new commercial, scalable, tech companies that improve the health of the people and our planet. Zinc helped build over 90 ventures to date and backed > 600 entrepreneurs.

As a marketing strategist in her earlier professional life, Ella worked with leading global brands such as Unilever, Wimbledon and EY.

Ella is a London Business School alumna and studied engineering in Tel Aviv. She's a mum of three.
