Fredrik Hjelm is the founder and CEO of Voi, Europe's leading micromobility operator with $200M+ in revenue and profitable in 2025, and co-founder of Pit, an AI platform for enterprise business operations. He started his first entrepreneurial ventures as a teenager in northern Sweden, took a stint to serve his country as an interpreter in the Swedish Armed Forces including in Moscow, and came back to build companies. He is an active angel investor and advocate for keeping European tech talent and capital at home
