Hrvoje Ćosić, born in Zagreb, graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing at the University of Zagreb. He began his career in banking, focusing on Treasury, Risk Controlling, Liquidity, Financial Market, and Currency Trading. In 2015, he co-founded Aircash, Croatia's first fintech to introduce a digital wallet. Aircash, through it's partnership with Mastercard, is the only non-bank in Croatia authorized to issue Mastercard cards. As CEO, Ćosić has led Aircash to over 1,500,000 users (January 2026) and is actively working on new financial products, with plans for further expansion within the EU and beyond.
