Igor Radošević is the Managing Director and Chief Sales Officer at Native Teams, where he has been instrumental in scaling the company's commercial organisation from €0 to €45M in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). Since joining in 2021, he has progressed through six leadership roles and now oversees the company's global Sales, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, and Customer Experience functions. Before transitioning into the technology sector, Igor built his career with globally recognised organisations including Red Bull, Wings for Life, and EXIT Festival. He is also the Co-Founder
of Chudo Festival, an independent electronic music festival in Serbia. Based in Belgrade, Igor brings a unique blend of commercial leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and experience in building high-performing teams.
