Keji Mustapha is the CMO at Partech, a global tech investment firm. Her work increasingly focuses on helping portfolio leaders navigate AI adoption through shared intelligence, peer learning, and practical support.

Her background spans startup operations, strategic partnerships, and building founder network and brand functions at Connect Ventures. She is also an angel investor, advises high-growth businesses on their operational foundations, and mentors leaders from underrepresented backgrounds.

Keji previously served as Board President of the Global VC Platform Community and Chair of the EU VC Platform Network, and was included in the FT x Inclusive Boards IB100.
