Khyati Sundaram
Khyati Sundaram is a two-time founder with a decade of operating experience in enterprise SaaS. Her most recent company, Applied, was acquired by Phenom in early 2026.
Her founder and operating background spans the full capital lifecycle: pre-seed through Series A, board management, GTM scaling, and M&A. She thinks in incentive structures, data models, and unit economics. She has a CFA, an MSc Economics from LSE, and an MBA from LBS and Wharton.
Having been on the founder side of the table through every stage, including the moments nobody writes about, she also volunteers her time to help early-stage founders. She speaks and publishes across forums such as London Tech Week, Harvard, and Forbes on topics such as AI, future of work, and product network effects.
