Dr. Michelle He is the Co-Founder and COO at Abound/Render, a London-based Fintech. Prior to establishing the business, Michelle spent over a decade in financial services, including working as a director at EY. She also earned a Ph.D. in AI from the National University of Singapore.

Her diverse background encompasses credit analytics, driving complex banking transformation processes, and advising fast-growing global fintech firms. Leveraging this expertise, Michelle co-founded Abound and Render, a leading Open Bank based lending technology business.

Michelle is passionate about creating inclusive finance and the future of lending. She is dedicated to expanding access to affordable credit through the use of Open Banking and Artificial Intelligence, to better understand individuals' financial situations and help improve their financial health.

In her spare time, Michelle enjoys hot yoga, kickboxing and travelling.
