Natalie Lovett is Vice President and General Manager for the UK and Ireland at WeWork, a leading global real estate platform. In her role, she leads the territory's strategic performance, with a focus on driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences across the portfolio. During her tenure at WeWork, Natalie has held various financial leadership positions, and played a key role in delivering the complex business restructuring that solidified WeWork as a category leader in flexible real estate solutions for companies of all sizes. Today, she also serves on the board of the Flexible Space Association, where she is a key advocate of the advancement of the flexible workspace sector. 

Prior to WeWork, Natalie qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant and grew her financial career within the shopping centre industry, with expertise in business performance management and strategic cross-functional planning. A key driver of Natalie’s success in building high-performing teams is her dedication to developing talent from all walks of life and creating environments where individuals are empowered to reach their potential.
