Neda Sahebelm is an Organisational Psychologist and Senior Operations Leader who has helped multiple businesses scale successfully: from FOX/NatGeo EMEA through to its Disney acquisition, to EdTech unicorn, Multiverse, through 6 rounds of funding.

Her firm, keshty, partners with startups as Fractional COO and Scale Advisors. As a founding member of Alma Angels, Neda also commits to reinvest 5% of keshty’s earnings back into early-stage startups, with a particular emphasis on underrepresented founders and purpose-driven tech.
