With more than 30 years of experience in the European space industry, he has held a wide range of engineering, program management and executive leadership positions. He began his career working on the Ariane 5 program before joining Airbus Defence and Space, where he led major engineering organizations and most recently served as Head of Chief Engineering & Systems, overseeing more than 500 engineers across four European countries.

As CEO of Latitude, Philippe is leading the company's next phase of growth as it prepares its first launch campaigns and scales its launch services capabilities. His expertise combines technical excellence, industrial execution and strategic leadership to accelerate the development of sovereign and competitive European launch solutions.
