Ruth Oliver works on Strategic Partnerships for Codebase, having previously headed up a team delivering cross-sector innovation programmes connecting startups with industry, academia, and government to address sector-specific challenges. With over a decade of experience in ecosystem building, university-industry collaboration, and tech acceleration, Ruth brings deep expertise in curating partnerships and delivering high-impact programmes that drive commercial outcomes and inclusive innovation. In April 2025, Ruth led a delegation of Scottish Gaming companies on a two week visit to Japan to meet prospective customers and build their understanding of new markets.
