Ryan Jans

Ryan is the Regional Head of Leasing at WeWork covering UKI, EMEA and APAC. Cumulatively these regions cover over 12m sqft of WeWork space and serve around 130k members across the region.
Since joining WeWork in July 2019, Ryan has held various roles, including Head of Leasing for UK&I, Head of Agent and Broker Partnerships for the UK&I and Head of Sales in South Africa.
Prior to WeWork, Ryan served as a Corporate Real Estate Advisor at JLL in both the Corporate Occupier and Corporate Consulting teams. He holds an MBA from GIBS Business School, completed the Property Investment and Development Programme at the University of Cape Town, and earned a B Com degree in Management Science from Stellenbosch University.
