Before Ryft, Sadra co-founded a hospitality platform, Butlr, and scaled it to over 1 million users before its acquisition by OrderPay in 2019. Running Butlr showed him firsthand how poorly traditional processors handled multi-party splits and other complex payment flows. He built Ryft with his co-founders to solve that
