Samantha Kidjo is a Senior Innovation Manager and ecosystem builder supporting global founders through her work at Startup Discovery. With a background in venture capital, engineering, and program design across the UK, Ghana, and Nepal, she helps early-stage companies grow through strategic partnerships, community engagement, and inclusive innovation.

Samantha also leads the terrawomen community, championing underrepresented women in climate entrepreneurship. A London Ambassador for Founderland, she is passionate about building ecosystems that accelerate business growth and purpose.

At Sifted Summit, she’ll host a roundtable on how founders can activate community as a strategic growth lever, even beyond community-led models.
